The External Works

All that remains now is to open up the site and tidy the grounds. There's a little housekeeping to complete before we can welcome residents/home owners to their new homes.

This milestone includes

Hard Landscaping

At this stage, the team will lay the final groundwork. This includes paving the driveways and installing fencing and garden fixtures. During this stage, the site will be cleared of all waste, leftover materials, and unnecessary equipment.

Landscaping

Once the site is clear the landscapers and gardeners will install all the external furniture, fixtures and plant the trees, shrubs and lawns.

Technical Tour

The site will be inspected in preparation for the final hand over.

It is only after we are 100% satisfied that all work has been successfully carried out that we finally sign-off on the homes and hand it over to the new residents. It’s time for you and your family to enjoy your new home.
